PIC Summit Europe
It is that time of the year again on November 7 and 8 2023. PIC Summit Europe is held. This is the leading European Integrated Photonics event. Over 500 visitors are visiting from over 20 countries. Why you should visit the summit
Marc Beusenberg, IMS’ R&D director, will speak (on behalf of MEKOPP consortium) about the new photonic metrology equipment. This automated equipment (Helios and Sirius) enables foundries to scale up photonics production and innovation in front- and back-end. This summit will demonstrate and premiere both platforms.
What you can expect
PIC (Photonic Integrated Circuit) Summit is a two-day gathering. These two days are all about discussion, collaborations and innovation in the industry. The broad program offers stage to start-ups, end-users, investors, academics and photonics executives.
The summit treats many different photonics applications. This event unites end-users, academics, investors and major photonic players across the entire globe.
The first day of PIC Summit Europe offers a mix of keynote speakers and panel discussions. Subjects are quantum photonics and the future of chip design. The second day offers keynotes of industries exploring state-of-the-art applications of PICs. The IPSR-I (Integrated Photonics Systems Roadmap – International) hosts its event as well on the third day. The IPSR-I is full of keynotes and workshops for OEMs and academics.
