Sales Manager
As Sales Manager at IMS, you are responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with (international) clients. You identify their automation needs and manage the entire process from initial contact to project completion. Additionally, you focus on growing IMS’s customer base. You work on strategic key accounts and drive revenue growth, aiming to build long-term partnerships and secure new custom solution projects.





What you'll be doing
You manage and develop key accounts, identify customer needs, and lead the entire sales process from start to finish. You coordinate internally, visit clients, and collaborate with technical colleagues to deliver customer-focused solutions. You are responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction even after project completion.

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree level of thinking and working.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales of complex, high-tech products.
- International experience is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages are an advantage.
- Results-driven, attentive listener, and strong networker.
- Willingness to travel frequently.

Your work as a Sales Manager
You lead long-term sales processes where client contact, visits, and internal coordination are central. You develop custom solutions together with the sales team, maintain an overview of the entire process, and stay involved even after project completion. In this way, you build lasting customer relationships and contribute directly to IMS’s growth.
