Service Coordinator

To expand our service team, we are looking for a driven and structured Service Coordinator for 20 – 24 hours per week,  who makes the difference between a satisfied customer and a very satisfied customer. As Service Coordinator at IMS you are the central point of contact for all our service activities. You ensure that service requests are handled quickly, efficiently and with a customer-oriented approach.

What you'll be doing

You are the main point of contact for our customers when it comes to malfunctions and service questions. You coordinate and schedule service and maintenance activities and maintain regular communication with the customer to ensure a smooth execution.

You bring

  • Vocational level education and thinking level, preferably in a technical field (e.g. Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a coordinating or service-oriented role
  • Strong organizational skills, stress resistant and customer focused
  • Good command of both Dutch and English
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus

Your work as a Service Coordinator

As service coordinator, you are responsible for the progress of service orders. You do not only monitor quality, but also keep an eye on the costs. You ensure proper administrative handling and provide regular reports. Additionally, you prepare quotations for spare parts and service activities and follow up accordingly.
