What you'll be doing
You process order confirmations and monitor delivery times (expediting) to ensure our production never stops. You also request quotes for parts, custom-made parts, and services, compare them, and enter orders into our ERP system.
With your knowledge and interest in technology, you can read specifications and drawings and translate them into the correct parts to order.
You will serve as a point of contact for questions about orders and support the logistics department as needed. In addition to your core business tasks, you are also willing to provide support to other departments.

You bring
- Completed MBO education (e.g., in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or (Technical) Business Administration)
- Interest in production and manufacturing techniques such as machining, assembly, and electrical work
- Experience with ERP systems and extensive expertise in Excel (for data analysis and reports)
- Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch and basic knowledge of English
- Experience in negotiating with suppliers
- A structured approach to work and a process-oriented mindset, with a desire to support the team in reaching higher standards
We offer
- Competitive salary of € 2,700 – € 4,300 gross per month (depending on your knowledge and experience), based on full-time employment
- 20 – 28-hour working week, allowing you to maintain a perfect work-life balance
- 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days with a full-time employment
- Opportunity to follow training courses and classes related to the position
- Opportunity to work flexibly, including one day a week from home
- IMS in motion: sports outings, social events, and affordable company fitness

- Once you are a permanent employee, you are eligible for a company lease bike
In short, an environment where you can get the most out of yourself and your career.
